Lately I've been using alot of different brands of strings trying to find the ones that I truly like. I'm stuck between the Dean Markley Blue Steel which have an amazing crisp tone but I feel they dont have a very long life. Then the Martin strings which have a very warm sound and a little better lasting life. What should I do??

As I was searching youtube listening to music i found this guy Derek Cate and he is awesome and should be recognized! check out his page on youtube its just Derekcate. He will make it somewhere if he keeps it up!
Lately in country music ive noticed alot of artists using Taylor guitars and equipment inclding rising star Lee Brice. Not only is he a great singer he is truly a great song writer. Lee has written many of his number one hits inluding Hard to Love and A Woman Like You. Such a great expierence to see him perform live.
I saw Alan Jackson in the summer of 2011 at the Brownsville Willamette country music Festival and he was one of the best live performances I've ever seen. He played Where Were You When The World Stopped Turning that summer and it was just him and a guitar and it was my favorite version of it. Then I saw this played on CMT at the Opry and I had to show Alan playing this song with his Taylor guitar.
Here is an awesome live performance from Jason Mraz Playing I Wont Give Up live at the Madison Square Garden. I'm Not sure which Taylor he is playing but his other guitarist is playing one to and it sounds fantastic!

One super cool thing about taylor guitars is they offer a huge selection of inlays you can put into your custom guitars! Or you can design your own that taylor can put in. Here is the link to the taylor inlay guide, check it out they're awesome. The Byzantine is my personal favorite inlay.

So this summer I was at the Brownsville Willamette Country Music Festival and Trace Adkins was the closing headliner of the three days of concerts. I wasn't very close but I noticed on the screen behind him he was playing a taylor! After checking Taylors website Trace plays a custom made 614ce grand auditorium body style. Live it had an amazing sound and this is the only black 614ce I have ever seen!
